NESTTD sponsors seven events per year. All of our events provide information related to the identification or treatment of Complex Trauma or Dissociation. We bring world-class presenters who specialize in this rapidly evolving field to New England. Come to one event or come to many!
Our traditional series consists of four programs offered on Saturdays four times a year.*
Our most common yearly program includes three Half-Day Morning Workshops offering three Continuing Education (CE) units; sometimes followed by an optional Afternoon Intensive offering three aditional CE units. The Afternoon Intensive is limited to a smaller group and allows a deeper understanding of case material as well as participant questions. Attendance at the Morning Workshops is a prerequisite for participation in the related Intensive.
In some years, including in the 2019-2020 program, we will offer two Half-Day Morning Workshops offering 3 Continuing Education (CE) units; sometimes followed by the optional Afternoon Intensive offering 3 additional CE units.
In years with three morning programs, we also offer one All-Day Workshop offering 6 CE units. All-Day workshops run from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the associated cost includes a boxed lunch.
In years with two Half-Day morning Workshops including the 2019-2020 program year, we offer two All-Day Workshops.
Did you know?
The Half-Day Morning Workshops are free to current members. Member discounts are also available for Intensives, All Day programs, and FAS. See more about Membership Discounts here.
Fundamentals is offered annually in March or April, and is especially (but not only) for newcomers to the subject. As an All-Day program, Fundamentals offers six CE units.
Friday Afternoon Series (our newest series)In a typical year, we offer two Friday Afternoon Series (FAS) workshops, one in Fall, one in Spring, each usually offering 3 CE units. However, the 2020-2021 year is anything but normal, and regrettably we will not be holding our Spring program this year. Although we had engaged a wonderful speaker to join us, the program was designed to be small in size, experiential in nature, and very participative. As a result, we have determined that the Zoom platform is not an appropriate vehicle via which to conduct this particular training. We apologize for this hiccup in our series this year and hope you'll return for future FAS programs!

Please Note: For 2019-2020 year, the Half-Day and All-Day offerings differ in the Quarterly Programs from the usual pattern. Often, we offer three Half-Day morning programs and one All-Day program. However, this year NESTTD will offer two Half-Day morning programs (one with an Intensive) and two All-Day workshops. Membership discounts have been adjusted accordingly.
